Ingredients (1 caps.): 500 mg cold-pressed black cumin oil (Nigella sativa L.), 10 mg vitamin E (RRR – alpha tocopherol), gelling agent (capsule): sea gel (71.5% starch, 28.5% carrageenan), palmitate-free glycerol, purified water.

Directions for use: 2 capsules daily. Drink some water.
