- Vitamin C: helps in the proper functioning of the immune system. Contributes to reducing the feeling of tiredness and fatigue, increases the absorption of iron. Additionally, it helps in protecting cells from oxidative stress.
Recommended daily intake
It is recommended to suck slowly 1-5 lozenges a day.
