Mumio Shilajit is a mountain organic matter, formed over thousands of years from decaying plants in rock crevices. It occurs in few places on earth, it is found in rock niches, crevices, grottos and caves of the Altai Mountains, Pamir, Caucasus and in southern Siberia. It contains 85 minerals.
Fulvic acid content 20-30%.
Rock secretion as an extract (10:1) applied to brown dextrin.
Ingredients: 60% Shilajit mumio (Asphaltum) extract 10:1, 40% brown dextrin (extract carrier).
Suggested use: about 1/6 teaspoon of extract, mix with water, then drink. Use twice a day.
