Description

Mannodis Gastro is a dietary supplement containing glucomannan – a dietary fiber soluble in water. Glucomannan strongly absorbs water, significantly increases its volume, reduces appetite and the feeling of hunger. Through fermentation by microorganisms of the large intestine, glucomannan is converted into short-chain fatty acids, which are the main nutrients for intestinal epithelial cells. Mannodis Gastro:

Contains 100% soluble fiber
Helps reduce excess weight and blood cholesterol levels
It is used to supplement the diet with soluble fiber in accordance with the recommendations issued by the Polish Gastroenterological Society.

Recommended daily intake

To supplement your diet with soluble fiber: 2 capsules 2 times a day

The preparation is recommended to be taken before meals. The capsule of the preparation should be swallowed with water. After consumption, the glucomannan contained in the preparation Mannodis Gastro, strongly absorbs water and significantly increases its volume, therefore in order to achieve proper action and high effectiveness of the preparation, each portion should be washed down with a large amount of liquid, preferably 1 or 2 glasses of water.
