Indications
Indications for use:
Treatment of symptoms of:
– seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis,
– chronic idiopathic urticaria
Active substance: Loratadinum
Composition
1 tablet contains 10 mg of loratadine.
Dosage
Adults and children aged 12 years and over (weighing over 30 kg)
• 1 tablet (10 mg) once daily, preferably in the morning before the first meal.
Children aged 2 to 12 years, depending on body weight:
• weighing less than 30 kg once daily 5 mg in the morning
• weighing more than 30 kg once daily 10 mg in the morning
Contraindications
– hypersensitivity to loratadine or other ingredients of the drug
– pregnancy

Loratadine Pylox is available in the form of white, round, flat tablets with a bevelled edge, with a score line and the number “10” embossed on one side. Available packaging: Blister packs made of aluminum/PVC/PVDC foil in a cardboard box. Pack size: 10 pieces.
