Lapacho bark cut 250g NatVita
Lapacho bark, also called pau d’arco or Inca tea, is the inner bark of the lapacho tree (Tabebuia impetiginosa) or a related species, from which a decoction is prepared.
It contains many elements such as iron, calcium, manganese and magnesium.
Ingredients: 100% Lapacho (Tabebuia impetiginosa) chopped bark.
Suggested use: To prepare a decoction of lapacho, pour one tablespoon of bark into boiling water for every 200 ml of water and cook for 10-15 minutes. Then strain. Drink two glasses a day.
Contraindications: Lapacho should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women or by people taking anticoagulants. In the initial phase of taking it, nausea and abdominal pain may occur, which should subside over time. If they do not subside after a few days, discontinue use.
