Description
L-Carnitine plus is a dietary supplement in the form of lozenges containing a composition of L-carnitine, L-arginine, L-ornithine and chromium.
- L-carnitine participates in the transport of fat components – fatty acids – to energy centers, which are mitochondria.
- Chromium contributes to maintaining proper metabolism of macronutrients and proper glucose levels in the blood.
Recommended daily intake
dietary supplement: 1 tablet 1-2 times a day between meals,
during weight loss: 1 tablet 2-3 times a day approximately 30 minutes before a meal or planned physical activity.
