Jiaogulan is a perennial, leafy climbing herb that grows in southern China. In those regions, it is described by the people of Guizhou Province as the “herb of immortality”. Also called “five-leaf ginseng”.
Ingredients: 100% jiaogulan (Gynostemma pentaphyllum) cut.
Suggested use: Add 1 teaspoon of dried herb to a glass of hot water. Use 2-3 times a day.
