Ibum Express Forte is a drug that works on pain thanks to a 400 mg dose of ibuprofen. It is a substance with analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects. The form of soft capsules with a liquid form of ibuprofen allows for quick absorption of the drug and a quick onset of action.

Ibum Express Forte is:

Express pain capsule containing a dose of 400 mg ibuprofen.
Liquid form of ibuprofen – the capsule contains ibuprofen in a liquid, dissolved and ready to absorb form.
Soft capsule, easy to swallow.

What are the indications for using Ibum Express Forte capsules?

It is recommended for use by adults and adolescents over 12 years of age as a medicine for:

toothache
headaches (including migraine headaches)
muscle, joint and bone pain
pain after injuries
pain associated with flu and cold
neuralgia.

Composition of the drug Ibum Express Forte

The active substance of Ibum Express Forte is ibuprofen. 1 capsule contains 400 mg of ibuprofen.

Other ingredients (excipients) are: macrogol 400, potassium hydroxide 50%, gelatin, liquid, partially dehydrated sorbitol, quinoline yellow (E 104), patent blue (E 131).

How to dose and use Ibum Express Forte capsules?

Adults and adolescents over 12 years: starting dose is 1 capsule (400 mg). If necessary, 1 capsule every 4 to 6 hours.
Do not take more than 1200 mg (3 capsules) per day in divided doses.
Ibum Express Forte is a drug intended for short-term oral use.
If symptoms do not subside within 3 days or become more severe, consultation with a doctor is recommended.

Ibum Express Forte – contraindications

Ibum Express Forte is contraindicated:

if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the medicine;
in patients with active or recurrent gastric and/or duodenal ulcer, perforation or bleeding, including after treatment with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs);
in patients who experienced any allergy symptoms such as runny nose, hives, shortness of breath or bronchial asthma during treatment with NSAIDs;
if you are taking other NSAIDs;
if you have severe liver, kidney or heart failure;
if you have bleeding in the brain or other bleeding;
if you have a blood clotting disorder, a bleeding diathesis or a blood formation disorder of unknown origin;
in dehydrated patients;
in the last 3 months of pregnancy.
