Description
Hasco marshmallow syrup is a preparation used traditionally to relieve dry cough in the course of upper respiratory tract infections . The medicine has a protective effect on the mucous membranes of the larynx and pharynx.

Active substance: Althaeae radix
Composition
| 100 g of syrup contains: | 35.9 g marshmallow root macerate (Althaea officinalis L., radix) (equivalent to 5 g marshmallow root). Extractant: water and ethanol mixture (47:1), benzoic acid. |
| Ethanol content (760 g/l) not more than 1.1% (m/v). | |
| Excipients: benzoic acid 0.1 g, sucrose 64.0 g. |
Dosage
Oral administration.
Adults and children over 12 years of age – 15 ml three times a day.
Children aged 6-12 years: unless otherwise recommended by a doctor, the usual dose is 5 ml three times daily.
A measuring cup is included in the package.
