Recommended daily intake
Consume the contents of 1 ampoule of liquid (25 ml) once a day. Shake before use. The product is ready to be consumed directly from the ampoule without the need to dilute it in other liquids. Regular use for a longer period of time (minimum 3 months) is recommended.
