Indications
The product is indicated for use before intercourse in case of premature ejaculation in order to reduce the sensitivity of the penis to touch and delay ejaculation (ejaculation).
Composition
1 g of spray contains 96 mg of lidocaine.
Each press of the spray pump delivers 0.085 ml of solution (equivalent to 81.98 mg of spray containing 7.87 mg of lidocaine).
Other ingredients are: stearic acid, isopropyl myristate, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether.
Dosage
- The recommended dose is 3 to 7 pump strokes, administered to cover the shaft and glans of the penis, 5 to 15 minutes before intercourse.
- If excess medication remains on the penis after 5 minutes, it should be removed before intercourse.
- The amount and time of application should be selected depending on individual needs.
- The lowest effective dose should always be used.
- There should be an interval of at least 4 hours between subsequent doses.
- Do not exceed a dose of 22 pump presses in 24 hours.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity of the patient or his/her partner to the active substance, other amide-type local anesthetics or to any of the excipients.
- If the patient’s partner is pregnant.
- Damaged or inflamed skin.
