Ingredients (1 caps.): 250 mg Nigellin® extract from black cumin seeds (Nigella sativa) with a thymoquinone content of 5%, 150 mg black cumin (Nigella sativa) ground seeds, gelling agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (cellulose capsule).
Directions for use: Take 2 capsules daily with water.
