Indications

Short-term treatment of pain, including headache, musculoskeletal pain, muscle pain, toothache, menstrual pain, neuralgia, pain associated with colds and flu, which may cause difficulty in falling asleep.

Composition

1 tablet contains:

• active substances: paracetamol 500mg, diphenhydramine hydrochloride 25mg,
• excipients: tablet core: pregelatinized starch, povidone, crospovidone, stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, magnesium stearate, corn starch, brilliant blue lake (E 133); coating: Opadry Blue YS-1-10524 (hypromellose, macrogol 400, brilliant blue lake (E 133), polysorbate 80, carmine (E 132)); colourless coating (hypromellose, macrogol 400, macrogol 8000).

Dosage

• Adults and children over 12 years of age: Use only at bedtime.
• Adults and adolescents aged 16 years and over: 1 or 2 tablets 30 minutes before bedtime.
• Do not take more than 2 tablets before bedtime.
• Children and adolescents aged 12-15: 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime.

Contraindications

• Allergy to the active substances or any of the excipients of the drug.
• Severe hepatic or renal failure, viral hepatitis, glaucoma, prostatic hyperplasia, porphyria, bronchial asthma in the exacerbation phase.
• Treatment with MAO inhibitors (drugs used for depression) and within 2 weeks of stopping taking these drugs;
• Do not give to children under 12 years of age.
• Pregnant and breastfeeding women.
