Ciclolack 80 mg/g, in the form of nail polish, is intended for the treatment of fungal nail infections. The active substance, ciclopirox , penetrates the nail plate and has a fungicidal effect on all important pathogenic microorganisms causing fungal nail infections.

Ciclolack medicated nail polish is used to treat fungal nail infections.

Composition
1 g of varnish contains: | 80 mg of active substance ciclopirox |
other ingredients are: methyl vinyl ether and maleic acid monobutyl ester copolymer, ethyl acetate, isopropyl alcohol. |
Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. If you are not sure, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Recommended dose
Unless your doctor recommends otherwise, apply a thin layer of Ciclolack to the infected nails every other day for the first month. This ensures that the nail is saturated with the active ingredient of the drug. In the second month of treatment, the frequency of application can be reduced to at least twice a week. From the third month, apply once a week.
Duration of treatment
The duration of treatment depends on the severity of the infection, but should not be longer than 6 months without consulting a doctor. The pathogens causing fungal nail infections are usually destroyed during this period. Contraindications
Do not use Ciclolack:
- If you are allergic to the active substance, ciclopirox, or any of the other ingredients of this medicine
- In children under 6 years of age and during pregnancy and breastfeeding, due to the lack of clinical data.
