Traditionally used at the first signs and during the course of a cold. Imupret is a traditional herbal medicinal product , the indications of which are based solely on long-term use. If after 7 days there is no improvement or the patient feels worse, contact your doctor.
Indications
First symptoms of a cold in adults and children over 6 years of age.

Dosage
Imupret tablets should be taken according to the instructions in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor. If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Recommended dose Unless otherwise directed by your doctor, the recommended dose is:
Dosage for severe (acute) cold symptoms in the first days of treatment:
- Children aged 6 to 11 years: 1 tablet at a time.
- Adolescents from 12 years of age and adults 2 tablets at a time.
Use the product according to the dosage given until the symptoms begin to subside or are alleviated, but no longer than a week (7 days). When the symptoms subside or become milder, the dosage should be reduced:
- Children aged 6 to 11 years: 3 tablets daily
- Adolescents aged 12 years and over and adults 6 tablets daily
There are no sufficient data on dosage in people suffering from hepatic or renal impairment.
Method of administration Orally. Tablets should be taken whole (do not chew), with plenty of fluid (preferably a glass of water).
Imupret coated tablets should be used until the symptoms disappear completely, but not longer than for two consecutive weeks (14 days).
Contraindications
Do not take Imupret:
- if you are allergic to the active substances or any of the excipients;
- if you are allergic to plants of the Astreacae family (formerly Compositae).
Contents:
Imupret, sugar-coated tablets are packed in blisters made of PVC/PVDC/Aluminium foil, 25 tablets in each blister. A single cardboard box with a print contains 50 tablets (2 blisters) together with an information leaflet.
